We just joined NetGalley with a subscription contract. What do we need to do to get started?

Welcome! As part of your subscription agreement, our Concierge team will schedule a title set-up training, or you can watch any of the videos in our Video Library. Here are a few checklist items to keep in mind as you get started: 

  • Do you have multiple imprints? For larger publishers, we typically set up accounts by imprint, to better manage request volume, title set-up and reporting. Each imprint/account should have a point person. Please provide us with contact information for each point person. (Typically a marketing/publicity assistant).
  • Have you filled out your Publisher Profile? You can add a logo, description, your approval preferences and social media links, and also add a custom URL to use in your marketing. Members can tag you as a "favorite" publisher and browse titles from their favorite publishers, from their dashboard.
  • Do you provide ONIX feeds?(ONIX is an industry standard for delivering title information electronically---you likely already use this to deliver title information to retailers.) Please read this article for more information on setting up your ONIX feed for NetGalley.
